    <content type="html">kudo bar - 2 pts&lt;br /&gt;lean cuisine - 5 pts&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i don't know how many points i have anymore, so i'm going on the last set... 20&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;leaves me with 13pts for the day &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for dinner i'ms upposed to make tacos if the meat is thawed out... i'm thinking i'll just use as little beef as possible b/c it's ground beef not sirloin b/c we couldn't afford sirloin, there's no veggies b/c we couldn't afford veggies, so i'll just use a little meat and lots of salsa, and hopefully it'll work out.... i'm currently drinking: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;diet cherry coke 0 pts&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i need to get back with the water thing.... the water here at work is terrible tho, we need a water filter here so bad, ick. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-m&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;update --&lt;br /&gt;kudo bar -- damn them for being tasty - 2 pts&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;11pts left</content>

    <content type="html">i've done nothing good recently as far as my weight is concerned. i've eaten too much, blamed stress, eaten too much, blamed more stress, eaten too much, blamed moving and stress........ i'm blaming, i'm losing control, i keep telling myself that i can do it, i can get back on track, i can look in the mirror and like myself again, i can be proud, but i can't afford weigh in anymore, i haven't been in 2 weeks now, so i owe $24, and i don't have that, and this sunday will be another $12 i can't afford right now, and i don't have internet at home, and even then i couldn't afford the online ww stuff, i've done nothing but gain for the past 6 weeks or so....... and everyday i give myself the pep talk, and everyday, somehow, someway, i just forget the pep talk and eat... alot... i hate this.</content>
